This time I chose to read the gospel of John. The light shines in the darkness but the darkness did not comprehend it. How is it that we do not recognize our creator? Have we been separated for so long that we fail to know who it is that stands before us? Have we hid so long in the darkness that the light hurts our eyes & we withdraw?
