Just stopped by to say Hi and that I haven't forgotten about you. I'm still doing my Bible reading. Some days I have to do 2 days at once. I have throughtly enjoyed reading the Bible this time around. I have a friend that reads the Bible through every year.
I talked with her last week. The man her sister was married to before she died at the age of 47 had remarried and they had been together 30 some years. She died last week so I had called to let my friend know. She knew she was not well as she keeps in touch with her nieces or at least one of them. My husband was asked to sing at the funeral yesterday. We have been friends with his family a long time and much to my surprize my friend from Alabama had come in the day before with her husband. She has a very bad back and has to ride laying down. They were going back today, but we went out to eat with them later and then visited with them at her brother's daughter's house where they were staying. I hope she has a better day tomorrow than I had this morning. I'm not used to being out much and it took a while for me to get awake and get my energy back. It's terrible getting old when you have health problems, but God is faithful and helps us. Blessings and hope your doing okay, AliceE.
